HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $50, after discounts and prior to sales tax, shipping to the continental U.S. Shipping rates for orders under $50, international orders, and expedited orders will be calculated based on the order total and the destination address.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders in our store will be processed and shipped in 3-5 business days from our Los Angeles production studio with the exception of custom orders. Processing times for custom orders vary but generally allow 10 to 14 business days.
Expedited orders placed before 12pm EST Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will ship the same day. Expedited orders placed after 12pm EST will ship the following business day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
At this time we are not able to ship for Saturday delivery. Please also keep in mind that most carriers do not deliver on holidays.

Orders including custom printing or personalized stationery will be split shipped with ready to ship items. Once completed by our team, your custom printed items or personalized stationery will ship separately from the other items in your order.

WHAT IS THE CUT-OFF TIME FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
Please note expedited orders are sent same day as long as the order is placed by 12PM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
DO YOU DELIVER ON SATURDAYS?
At this time we are not able to ship for Saturday delivery. If there is an urgent need, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can further assist you.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We offer FedEx international shipping across the globe for most products - simply enter your destination country during check out. Traction Press is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays.
WILL MY ENTIRE ORDER SHIP TOGETHER?
Items from our store will ship together. Custom printed items will ship separately from items ordered in the store.
