EMBOSSING —
Creates a raised dimensional impression on the sheet using an embossing and counter-die, leaving a reverse reading de-boss on the back of the sheet. Blind embossing, the absence of ink, has an effective visual tactile feel. De-bossing is just the opposite where the artwork is pressed in to the sheet and where the counter-die leaves a raised, reverse reading impression on the back of the sheet.
